Board of Directors

The Board of Directors (BoD) is made up of 9 volunteer administrators elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The BoD oversees all activities and club development, as well as the club's finances. The President, the Vice-President, the Secretary and Treasurer form the Executive Committee.

The directors of the Board meet every first Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Club office*. We suggest that members, who would like to address an issue, meet with the Executive or Board administrator(s) first. Minutes of the BoD meeting are available at the Club Office after having been approved by the Board at the next meeting.
