Dawson Rowing Crew 2009
Introduction
Since 2006, the crew is part of the Montreal Rowing Club and has its home ground at the Olympic Basin. Dawson Rowing Crew participates at various student rowing regattas during the school season, including the ERA High School and CSSRA races in the spring, as well as various Head races in the fall season, including the Head of the Fish.
Many Dawson Rowing Crew members continue as competitive rowers of the Montreal Rowing Crew during the summer season, and join the Dawson Rowing Crew again the next fall season.
On the water practices at the Olympic Basin are mornings at 7:00 am and afternoons at 4:00 pm. Check with your crew and coach to find out which of these you are attending.
Team gym trainings take place at Dawson (OH.1), Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm.
If you are interested...
The team welcomes beginners as well as rowers who have already practiced in the discipline. If you are a student at Dawson and you would like to participate please contact Athletics Director Mrs Jesse Binstock.
