Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is made up of 11 volunteer members who are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board is responsible for all matters regarding the activities and development of the club.

The President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer make up the "executive": they discuss matters on a more regular basis. Individual members who have matters to bring to the Board's attention are invited to meet with member(s) of the executive to discuss matters first. Often, the executive can offer help or guidance.

The Board of Directors meets on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 PM at the Quartier des Athlètes *). Board minutes – as soon as they have been adopted by the board – will be available at the Club's office.
