Staff and Coaches
The rowing club depends very much on the strength and the volunteer contribution of its members, but we also have paid staff to help bring it all together:
Administration and organization:
- The club manager, Emilie, is there to answer your questions about the programs and to help organize activities.
Coaching staff:
- Marc-Oliver Klages, our head coach,
is responsible for training competitive and junior athletes. He
is also responsible for determining program and level criteria,

- Chantal Lavigne, our masters and recreational coach, supervises the masters and recreational programs.
- Sophia Damianova, our masters and recreational coach, supervises the masters and recreational programs.
- Klara Polom, our Junior and recreational coach, supervises the juniors and recreational programs.
- Jeanne Dumoulin, our Junior and recreational coach, supervises the juniors and recreational programs.
