High School Rowing

The Montreal Rowing Club offers an extra-curricular program to students at a high school and collegiate level. This program is geared towards rowers and beginners alike.
Here are the different formats and programs that can be adapted to your group needs:
Regular Sessions
Between 5 et 15 training sessions, lasting a total of 10-30 hours of rowing. The schedule will be determined by your availability, providing it does not conflict with other club activities. A coach will be assigned to your group. Your group will also be invited to participate in a scholastic regatta to compete against the other schools in the program.
Each session is 1 to 3 hours.
1 to 3 sessions per week, over 5 weeks, in the spring or the fall.
Rates:
- 1 - 2 sessions per week: 95 $ per student (per season)
- 3 - 5 sessions per week: 125$ per student (per season)
Half-day Introductory sessions
Rate: $20.00 per student

Full-day Introductory sessions
Rate: $40.00 per student.
Divided in three sections, this full day activity will give your group the chance to try both crew boats and sculling in singles. Here is the sample schedule:

Rates
- Half-Day: $20.00 per student
- Full Day: $40.00 per student
Regular Program:
- 1-2 sessions/ week: 95 $ per student for a season
- 3-5 sessions / week: 125$ per student for a season
These rates include taxes and coaching fees. If you have qualified rowing coaches at your disposal, please let us know. We encourage teachers with coaching experience to participate and give them a chance to reduce the costs of their student fees.
